Method of doing Bhujangini Mudra –

  • First of all, sit comfortably in any posture of meditation like Sukhasana, Padmasana, or Vajrasana.
  • Close your eyes and take deep breaths and relax the whole body, especially the abdomen.
  • Now move your chin slightly forward and upwards.
  • Start inhaling air through your mouth.
  • While inhaling the air, try to take the air into the stomach like a sip of water.
  • Spread the stomach as much as you can.
  • Hold it until you can comfortably hold the air in the abdomen. Then take it out by burping.
  • Thus a cycle of Bhujangini mudra took place. Repeat it again.

Duration to do Bhujangini Mudra –

Method of doing Kaki Mudra –

  • First of all, sit comfortably in any posture of meditation like Sukhasana, Padmasana, or Vajrasana.
  • Keep your head and spine straight.
  • Keep both hands on the knees.
  • Now apply Gyan Mudra or Chin Mudra.
  • Close your eyes and take deep breaths and relax the whole body.
  • Now with the eyes open, focus both the eyes on the front part of the nostril. And practice nasal vision.
  • Shrink your lips into the shape of a beak.
  • Now take deep and slow breaths in.
  • After inhaling, bring your lips together.
  • Then slowly exhale through the nostrils.
  • Keep doing this action for 3 to 5 minutes.

Duration of doing Kaki Mudra –

You can do Kaki-mudra for a long time according to your capacity. Initially do this for 3 to 5 minutes. Gradually increase its time.

Reflexes while doing Kaki Mudra –

Your ease should be towards the flow and sound of the breath and the front part of the nostrils.
